Hi, I’m Alexis — founder of Mama Strength. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2011 and working in the fitness industry as a Pilates and spin instructor for many years, with a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and connected to themselves through movement.
As a mom myself, I understand how transformative — and overwhelming — pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood can be. Mama Strength was created to offer a supportive space where moms can move their bodies, rebuild strength, connect with other women, and feel cared for during every stage of motherhood.
My classes focus on safe, functional movement, core and pelvic floor awareness, mobility, strength, and creating confidence in your body again — all in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
At Mama Strength, our goal is to support women not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too — because strong moms build strong families.
