At Mama Strength, we keep our classes small and intentional to support both mamas and babies. Please review our booking policies before purchasing.

All purchases are final sale, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Class packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.
No-shows will count as a used class.
Once a class is booked, you may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class start time.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) will count as a used class. This allows waitlisted mamas the opportunity to join.
